Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the irrigation components you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all timers, sprinklers, or accessories are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
